Our implementation of digital certificates for seafarers will pave the way for the maritime industry to be streamlined.
We aim for you, for example, around the clock, will be able to solve an urgent crew change challenge, without being dependent on physical certificates being shipped around the world.
Therefore, on this platform, you will be able to view certificates, both digital and existing registrations, for the seafarers who have actively chosen to share with your shipping company.

This is the first step.
The next steps we will take are to offer data sharing and certificates, directly from our systems to yours.
That way, data becomes available to you automatically where you need it.
In addition, we will expand the pool of certificates that the Danish Maritime Authority issues digitally, so that the package of data for a seafarer becomes more complete.

For Danish companies and employees the use NemID/MitID Employee Signatures, linked to the company's CVR number, are recommended.
This provides automatic access to your shipping company.

Foreign employees and companies without CVR number can use username/password.
Access is created manually in collaboration with the Danish Maritime Authority.

If you are setup as administrator for the company, you are able to add new users, who are created with automatic access and receives an email regarding the access.
It is also possible to have a joint access, for example a team of users in the company, this is also agreed upon in collaboration with the Danish Maritime Authority.

We have removed as many documentation requirements as possible, and can now manage the specific requirements for all types of certificates of recognition.
You will therefore be guided to only have to upload the necessary documentation, thus you will not have to remember these or have checklists.

In addition, we now offer automatically issued CRA, as a digital certificate, if you are in need of this.
We can offer automatic CRA in the vast majority of cases, and it will be an active option for you.

You can follow the status of all your applications from the time we receive them until they have been processed, this gives you an overview and the opportunity to act as soon as possible if something is missing from the application.

When you apply for a certificate of recognition, we also automatically create access for the seafarer, and send them an email with all the necessary information for login.
In this way, they get access to their own data and digital certificates, and can thus start sharing with your shipping company.
